You will have exclusive use of the accommodation, its garden, its courtyard with brazier, barbecue, petanque court, deck chairs, darts... The 2 buildings offer 3 double bedrooms and 1 quadruple bedroom. Bakery, café, pizzeria, and restaurant in the village. Supermarket, butcher shop, and shops in Ancy-le-Franc less than a 3-minute drive away The space In detail: on the ground floor of the first building, there is a bright, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee grinder, fridge/freezer, etc.), a dining room, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a bathtub, and one bathroom with shower and toilet. The second house, which is attached to the first, has, upstairs, one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a double bed + 2 bunk beds, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedrooms in both houses all have a TV. Towels & Bedlinen are included Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, coffee, dish towel, soap, and shower gel are also provided. Three vehicles can park in the courtyard; free street parking is also available. We provide 6 bikes. There is an outbuilding where you can store your bikes and motorbike. Parties and music outdoors are prohibited.
