The space: The spacious apartment, spread over about 95 m², impresses with a modern dining area including a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom with a large mirror, shower tub and double sink. Two cozy and well-designed bedrooms with single and double beds are available for the sleeping area. One bedroom has two single beds and is equipped with a practical cot function, a wardrobe and desk, ideal for the home office. The other bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and armchairs and through the large window side even overlooking the Breisach Cathedral. In the spacious living room, two comfortable sofas invite you to relax – and can also be transformed into comfortable sleeping places if necessary - access to the terrace is included. Parking options / e-bikes: Whether car, motorcycle or e-bikes, in our courtyard you will find a garage (incl. power connection) to park your vehicle in or in front of it. Additional parking is available directly in front of the property. The location: You are opposite the marketplace and only 150 m from the Rhine. If you want to cool off on the way there, make a first stop at one of the well-known ice cream parlors in 50 m. This is followed by children's playgrounds and the Rhine port, which invites you to take a walk or go boating with various day tour providers. If you are attracted to Kaiserstuhl or Freiburg, you are in approx. 8 minutes' walk from the train station in Breisach - from here it is 25 minutes. intervals without changing trains via Ihringen and Gottenheim directly to Freiburg.
