Holiday apartment "La Stalla"

Our cozy 3 1/2 room ground floor apartment "La Stalla" is quietly located, above the village of Rueras, Tujetsch at 1440 meters above sea level. The apartment is just a 3-minute walk from the "Rueras" train station. The surrounding Tujetsch is a wonderful, family-friendly recreation area, which offers countless hiking opportunities in summer and a nearby, small bathing lake invites you to swim. In winter, the area is connected to the Andermatt/Sedrun/Disentis ski resort. The space The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people. The master bedroom has two beds (180 x 200 cm); the children's room has a bunk bed (bottom 160 x 200 cm - and top 140 x 200 cm wide). So 2 to 3 people can sleep. The living-dining room with the kitchen is open. From there, you can access the south-facing balcony. In the living room, there is a cozy sitting area with a sofa, a wood-burning stove, a bookshelf with books, a music system, as well as a cupboard with games and some toys for children. The modern kitchen is well equipped with sufficient dishes and pans, as well as a small Nespresso coffee machine and kettle. There is also a fondue pan and a raclette oven. Bed, kitchen and bath towels are provided on request. The bathroom has a shower. A hair dryer is available. In the basement, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available, which are shared with the other holiday guests in the house. There is also a table tennis room. There is outdoor parking in front of the house. In summer, a barbecue with seating can be used in the garden. On request, we can provide a cot, a high chair and a changing mat. A WLAN connection is of course also available. If you spend your holidays in "La Stalla", you can benefit from various offers and discounts. Digital guest cards can be accessed via a QR code, which is apartment is attached. Other things to note The following is prohibited: - Organizing parties - Smoking ban in the apartment - Pets are unfortunately not allowed (allergies) - Do not exceed the number of permitted persons Further information on use and household is posted directly in the apartment.
