The space The apartment is close to several bank branches, the Santa Teresa Church, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and Shopping Teresópolis, where there are movie theaters and shops such as Renner, Leader and Lojas Americanas. Also nearby is the city's Olympic Square, where you can skate, bike and play football. Two blocks away is SESC-Teresópolis, with a varied schedule, especially in winter, and where the public can use the pool. "Parque Regadas," a street where we find several bars and cafeterias, is a few meters from the apartment. Other nearby attractions are the "Casa de Portugal" club and the "Vagão," a bar and restaurant mounted on a train car. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note The apartment has been completely renovated, including all electrical, hydraulic and gas installations. The water is heated with an automatic flow heater (with up-to-date inspection) and thermostatic valve in the hot water line. The heater turns on automatically by simply opening the left faucet, whether in the shower, sinks or tank. Fully meeting the requirements of the State Gas Company (CEG), the heater is installed in the service area, which has a much larger ventilation area than recommended, eliminating any risk of gas accumulation in the environment.
