Small but powerful – better than good

Our small apartment is equipped for a maximum of 2 people and is about 35 m². It has a living area with a sofa bed, 32" smart TV, bathroom with shower, toilet and a pantry kitchen with extras, where you can prepare breakfast and small meals, and a dining area. In the bedroom, there is a bed 140 x 200 x 75 cm. A car parking space is available. LAN + Wi-Fi Cube 80 GB available, requires a separate agreement that is available in the apartment. We wish you a relaxing stay. The space This apartment is on the ground floor but not barrier-free. There are small steps from the parking lot to the apartment. There is a step in the apartment itself, at night with skylight possible. The living area is flooded with little light, but in summer the living feeling is very pleasant. A small garden area with covered wooden terrace is available for shelling, etc.! Guest access Detached accommodation - is occupied by the guest alone. Other things to note Many also come to visit the Baltic Sea when the weather is nice! To enjoy the day at the beach, you have to take some time for the trip, but it is worth all the effort!!! For a quick cool down, there are many lakes with beautiful swimming spots on site. Of course, smoking is allowed here..... BUT outside! If smoking in the front area, at your parking lot, "PLEASE" keep the windows closed! Otherwise, unfortunately, it will be a smoking apartment! Our heating system runs at a reduced level or is completely switched off for environmental reasons. Please feel free to contact me to meet your needs!
