No parties or events. Visitors Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Day visitors are okay if you inform me in advance (and keep it respectful of neighbours). Electricity and backup power The apartment has backup power for comfort during outages, but please avoid leaving AC and lights on when you’re not home. AC use AC is available for your comfort.
