Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside while staying close to the big cities nearby in this beautiful bright house. It is composed of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room dining room open to a fully equipped kitchen and a nice garden. Close to the capital (1 hour), Beauvais (20 minutes), Amiens (1 hour) and the northern beaches (1 hour 40 minutes), it is ideally located. In the nearby town you will find local shops as well as a supermarket. Chambly train station is 15 minutes away. The space Come and discover this pretty house that is located in a charming little village. It consists of a large living/dining room open to a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Dolce Gusto kettle kettle and toaster) Everything you need to cook and eat is present (pots, cutlery and dishes). on the ground floor you will find a master suite with a walk-in shower and a bathtub. The floor consists of three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed and a bunk bed. There is also a nice dressing room and a bathroom with shower. Outside you will discover a beautiful enclosed garden with a table and chairs, a barbecue and a swing for children. You can also park up to four cars on the property (two in front and two behind). The house has a baby kit that will be available only upon request. Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be provided on request at a rate of €5 per bed and €5 per pair of towels. Living close to the house, I remain available when needed. Guest access Access is at the front of the house via a lockbox. The code will be sent to you no later than the morning of your arrival.
