In the living room, a roomy sectional and smart TV with Netflix set the scene for relaxed afternoons. At the heart of the home, a bold kitchen adds vibrant contrast with forest-green cabinetry and warm terracotta tiling—fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, and espresso machine to start mornings right. Meals can be shared at the round bistro-style table for four or brought outside to the spacious balcony surrounded by lush treetops and blooming bougainvillaea. A bar-height table and lounge nook make it ideal for alfresco dining, quiet reading, or soaking in leafy views that stretch toward the foreshore.
