PETRA is a unique Villa with a private pool, hidden within a green valley looking out into the Aegean Sea. PETRA - named after the Greek word ‘Rock’ is nestled within olive & sycamore trees, inviting you to appreciate the slower, simpler way of living within understated luxury. PETRA has been designed to respect the vernacular architecture & Cycladic aesthetic - using as much local material as possible, whilst also blending in modern curated high quality detailing. The space PETRA is made up of a large open living room with a designated dining room space overlooking the Aegean Sea through a large majestic window. Nearby the open plan kitchen, which is fully equipped framed by intricate marble detailing - inviting you to create delicious meals to enjoy. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom glows in yellows & gold during sunset hour, whilst the smaller second bedroom with wall to wall mattress calls for lazy mornings in bed. The second bathroom with Cycladic shower features & historic marble sinks completes this 5 room villa. PETRA has been carefully designed for full inside / outside living with its large balcony windows connecting the open plan living room with the outdoor stone BBQ area. A few steps down cool off in the 6m x 3m salt water private swimming pool overlooking our green valley and endless sea views. Please note we do not have a TV at villa Petra - but we have books, board games & endless star gazing :) Other things to note PETRA is part of the PETRES ensemble hosting two other villas - AVRA & RIZA. Each villa has its own distinct aesthetic, details, & views showcasing their individuality, whilst creating a complete ensemble. The PETRES ensemble has been created through a family collaboration, resulting in three (summer/holiday) homes for three sisters. This can be seen in the antique heirlooms sprinkled between the rooms, in the high quality of materials chosen throughout & most importantly in the layout of the villas. Each villa is on different levels of the property allowing privacy & separation if desired,  but also having the freedom to have shared full movement between each home - ‘a mini village’ as it was dreamt up to be for a big family. Please note that as of January 1, 2025, the Greek government requires all short-term rentals to charge a Climate Resilience Fee of €8 per night during the summer months (April 1 – October 31).
