The Family Home with Backyard Glamping Experience

The Family Home has the ideal setup for families, friends and groups and is in the right location especially if you're a golfer. We are near 10 golf courses within 10 miles. One of which is Stoatin Brae. This home is conveniently located in Richland, between both downtown Kalamazoo and Battle Creek and everything these citys have to offer. We are near Gull Lake. Gull Meadow Farm is less than a mile. Enjoy Richland and its small town feel with its various restaurants, parks and places to hike. The space 3 bedrooms. 1 king bed. 1 queen bed. 1 twin bed. Dresser and closet in each room. 2 bathrooms, 1 with a tub, 1 with a shower. Kitchen with island big enough to host friends and family. Firepit big enough to share, with seating for 8. Fenced in park like backyard with swingset and sandbox. Garden you can pick veggies from. A smoker you could smoke something delicious on. Garage access. We also love making and drinking coffee from our local coffee shops at home and would like to share that love with our guests so there will always be a couple bags of beans from the favorite local places. There is no washer and dryer available at the house but there is a laundry mat down the road and we will leave a charge card for our guests to use there. The house is in a very safe neighborhood just outside the small village of Richland. Just overall real emphasis on outdoor living and playing. To go along with our emphasis on outdoor living and playing we now offer a backyard glamping experience. This is an added experience that only comes with renting the home. Will be an extra charge of 50 dollars a night and will only be set up upon request. This tent would be located in our backyard. It is definitely an unconventional glamping site. But the neighbors do respect our privacy and are friendly. This tent is a bell style canvas tent that is 13 feet in diameter with an awning. Has a queen size bed that could sleep two. Cafe style table with seating. Side table with camp kitchen. Power with 4 outlets and lights. A fan, a lantern, and a candle lamp. There is seating for two and a cooler under the awning. This tent also has it's own permanent composting outhouse and sink. Also it's own small fire ring with seating and table. See additional photos in photo section of listing for glamping experience.
