HOUSE FOR 9 PEOPLE WITH HOT TUB Recently renovated accommodation on a plot of 1200 m2, offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. A quiet area, city center with many shops and its market (Tuesday and Saturday) within walking distance. A beautiful walled garden, wooded with many fruit trees, a beautiful shaded terrace on which is a 6 p spa. Charcoal barbecue and table to enjoy the outdoors. 🧀Raclette machine for 6 people lent on request. The space Ground floor: - Kitchen open to a beautiful dining room - Living room with TV - Shower room and toilet - Bedroom with a Double bed Floor - Bathroom with WC - Bedroom with double bed and single bed - Bedroom with bunk beds and a double bed Outdoors: - Spa 6 people. (Included in the price for any stay of more than 6 nights. Surcharge of €50 per shorter stay. - Wooded and enclosed garden - Molki and ball games ⚽️ - Possibility to park cars - Outdoor table/chairs - Charcoal barbecue Guest access Entire accommodation, independent at your disposal with two garden entrances. Other things to note ⚠️Important: 🧹Cleaning: Cleaning must be done by you. The house is rented clean, cleaning is checked between each stay. No surprises. If you want peace and quiet and to fully enjoy your stay, you can take advantage of an additional cleaning service for 75 euros, to be arranged on site. THINGS TO DO: • Sheets removed and placed in the bathroom • Vacuum cleaner to pass and wash floors • Empty garbage cans • Wash dishes and store dry • Clean the bathroom Cleaning products and essentials are provided. Spa 6 people: (or even 8 with children) - ADDITIONAL CHARGE €50 on site - offered for any booking of more than 6 nights Linen and towels: -FOURNIS for any stay from 3 nights. - ADDITIONAL CHARGE: €10 per bed if less than 3 nights, i.e. €40 for all beds. Minimum 2 nights rental. In July and August, reservation is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Boulodrome, skate park, outdoor municipal pool with slide, trampoline, canoeing, river and its water activities... ⚽️ Things to do: In the house or park you can do many “cache cache”, board games, but also enjoy the sun and a book in the spa. In Neuvic: Visit the Chateau de Neuvic, Neuvic Caviar or the Veyssiere mill to see it in operation and take home your walnut or hazelnut oil... In Villamblard 15 km you can visit its distillery.
