You will only have to go down the stairs and cross the road to reach the banks. Its comfortable rooms, magnificent views and heated swimming pool promise you a wonderful holiday! The space Access to the entrance of the house is via a small climb through the garden: On the ground floor, the entrance hall, with a very large mirrored wardrobe, leads to one of the 4 bedrooms of the main house as well as a studio (open only if more than 8 people): - The room is equipped with a queen-size wooden four-poster bed (160x200cm), it offers a beautiful view of the lake. - The large Studio has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a small living area with sofa and coffee table and a bathroom/toilet. Access to the main floor is via a wooden staircase and leads you directly into the large main room illuminated by huge floor-to-ceiling windows with magnificent views of the lake and the mountain. * The kitchen area, with its large central island, has all the necessary and essential equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob with integrated hood, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, wine cellar, crockery and utensils, etc.) as well as plenty of storage. * The adjoining laundry room has a washing machine and dryer as well as a service sink. * The dining area is composed of a glass table and its chairs. * The living area is composed of a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand and a television. The wood stove will warm the room in winter. On the same level, you will access the bedrooms and bathrooms: - A 1st bedroom with 2 single beds 90x190cm. This is the only room that does not have a lake view. - A 2nd bedroom with dressing room and queen-size bed (160x200cm) with lake view - A master suite with queen-size bed (160x200cm) with lake view, dressing room, dressing table and private bathroom with shower, bath, double sink unit and WC. - An independent bathroom with shower and bathtub, vanity unit. - A separate toilet with washbasin. Outside, you will access => through the kitchen or dining room, to a terrace equipped with a large outdoor table with its 8/10 armchairs sheltered if necessary by a parasol and equipped with a barbecue => through the entrance hall, to the wooden terrace bordering the swimming pool. You can enjoy deckchairs, deck chairs and comfortable garden furniture! The SWIMMING POOL (heated from 15 May to 30 September) measures 8m by 4m and is secured by a removable safety curtain. Please note that: - New for 2026: AIR CONDITIONING throughout the house - Internet connection with FIBER - Linen is provided (beds will be made and towels will be at your disposal) - Check-in and check-out times can be flexible (on request) except in case of cross-arrival and departure. - You will be able to park a maximum of 2 cars in the property - Novelty 2026 :The rooms at the 1st floor will be air-conditioned. Other things to note Owners may have to go down the external stairs at the edge of the property to reach the lake. The property is not fenced, young children must not be left unattended.
