Any damage will incur charges and is strictly against policy 🚫No cooking of pungent-smelling food (e.g., tuyo, danggit, pusit) 📌For security and safety: No undeclared or unauthorized guests are permitted inside the unit. If you have a visitor, they can enter with a valid ID. You will need to meet them in the lobby and have them log in to the logbook. 📌Furnishing: Any damaged or missing furnishings will be charged accordingly. 📌Key Return: Please return the key card to the assigned mailbox when checking out. There is a replacement fee if the key card is lost. GENERAL PARKING RULES: ⁉️PAID PARKING AVAILABLE ON-SITE. Please take a moment to review our parking guidelines: 🚗Parking is subject to availability. 🚗Guests must park only in designated parking areas. 🚗A Php 300 penalty shall be charged for any LOST parking ticket. 🚗The drop-off area is limited to a maximum of 2 minutes, and vehicles must not be left unattended. 🚗Observe time limits and a 10 KPH speed limit. 🚗Avoid excessive engine revving 🚗Refrain from parking in restricted areas such as fire lanes, handicapped spaces, & reserved slots. ✅Access to Amenities, 5th Floor: (Gym, Sauna, Pool): Restricted to registered guests only. Amenity access is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Up to 4 guests may use the amenities for free; the 5th guest will need to pay PHP 200 for access. ✅Laundry Information: No daily housekeeping. A convenient laundromat is located right in front of the building. ✅Convenience store: There is a 7/11 located on the ground floor retail space of the building. ✅ATM: Located directly beside the 7-Eleven During your stay We’re available to assist you before and during your stay if you have any questions. 🛄Storage for luggage: Unfortunately, BE RESIDENCES LAHUG is a residential condominium property and is not designed to provide luggage storage. ✈️ For International Travelers If you're arriving from abroad, a Philippine SIM card with a data bundle is available for purchase at the airport. Network providers like Globe and Smart are available and reliable throughout the city. 🚕 Getting Around For convenient and affordable transport, we recommend using Grab, a ride app similar to Uber/Lyft. It’s widely used in Cebu (overall in Asia) and is a safe, cashless way to get around. Regular taxis are also available.
