Towan Veals

With its timeless character and unbeatable location, Towan Veals is the perfect seaside escape for families and friends alike. The space Towan Veals is a spacious Edwardian holiday home spread across three floors, perfect for families and groups. Downstairs features a well-equipped kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, two comfortable lounges each with a 32″ TV and DVD player—one opening onto the garden—plus a utility room and a cloakroom with WC. Upstairs, the first floor offers a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, a second double room, two twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom with bath and overhead shower. On the second floor, you’ll find another king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside, enjoy the garden with a patio area and outdoor seating at the front and back, along with on-site parking. Linen and towels are provided, with a weekly linen change. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. All bedding includes a mix of feather and synthetic duvets and pillows. Guest access ACCESS: From the gravel drive there is a gate then paved level path around to the rear of the house, 2 steps take you up to a paved patio area and one step over the threshold of the back door into the utility room. GROUND FLOOR: From the utility room there is one step up into the kitchen/dining area and the ground floor is then on one level which includes the hall, living room, ‘snug’ and cloakroom with washbasin and WC. FIRST FLOOR: 14 stairs will then take you to the first floor with access to the one double and 2 twin bedrooms and the family bathroom with a bath with an overhead shower, washbasin and WC, one of the twins has an en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and WC. SECOND FLOOR: 14 stairs take to you the second floor with double en-suite bedroom and en-suite shower. OUTSIDE ACCESS: From the ‘snug’ there are patio doors into the rear garden with one step over the threshold and one step down. HEATING: The property has central heating throughout, there is a thermostat in the hallway and heating can be controlled by turning the radiators up or down. There is an electric fire in the living room and a wood burner in the kitchen. (Please bring your own logs for the fire) BABIES EQUIPMENT: No equipment is provided but can be hired. NB: Bed sizes and facilities can change without notice, although we will endeavour to update. Harbour Holidays cannot be held responsible for the WIFI connection as we are reliant on external parties for this. Please do not use the WIFI access to download movies/music etc, as some connections do have ‘download limits’ and if they are used up may not be replenished until the next month, the router is on the sideboard in the dining room All instruction files for the house are kept in the dining room. Other things to note We cannot be held responsible if the Wi-Fi isn't working, as it is owned by a third party.
