Accommodation in Avesta, a stone's throw from the Dal River

An airy and homely villa with room for creating memories – from cooking by the kitchen island to evening swim from your own jetty. Here are nature, culture and activities at your fingertips. Enjoy fishing, bird watching, paddling, golfing or skiing by day – and lazy evenings in front of the fireplace in the evening. Please contact us for bookings from September onwards. The space The 150 sqm house has four bedrooms. In a guest house on the property, there is the fifth bedroom. The largest bedroom in the house has a double bed (160 cm wide), bedrooms 2 and 3 in the house each have two single beds and the last bedroom has a single bed. The bedroom in the guest house has two single beds. Two bathrooms in the house. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, washer and dryer as well as access to the balcony. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub. Unfortunately, the guest house does not have a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. On the patio at the back there is outdoor furniture, barbecue and a fantastic view of the Dalälven river. Communication & nearby facilities 🚍🛒🏖️ 7-minute drive to Dalahästens shopping area. Here you will find, among other things, Willys, Biltema, Rusta, ÖoB, Burger King, Haglöfs Outlet, Bagheera Outlet and, of course, the world's largest Dala horse.

There is also a smaller rowboat with motor to borrow (Linder 410, 4hp 2-stroke). Contact us well in advance of your arrival for more information about the boat. Unfortunately, we cannot provide any guarantee regarding the boat's availability or functionality. If you want to bring your own boat, that's fine too, but check the size with us first. Other things to note Bedlinen and towels are included in the listing. Made up and ready for arrival. Self check in via smart lock. Unfortunately, electric cars are not possible with us due to safety reasons. Fishing license is purchased digitally. Smoking, regardless of type (vape, e-cigarette, cigarettes) is not permitted inside. If you want to use the fireplace, make sure the hatch is a little open for the first minutes so that the fire gets right. Leave the ashes in the fireplace after you burn. Any damage to the house and/or fixtures caused by the guest is reimbursed by the guest.
