The 1st floor is 72 m², and the bed and partition are on casters, so if you return them to their original position, it can be used as a multi-purpose hall for yoga and dance, etc. The 2nd floor dining room has a conference table and chairs, and in the back there is a large dining room with 2 single beds that can be connected to form a queen size bed. On-site parking is usually for 2 cars, and if you're good at parking, you can fit 3 cars. There is a large pachinko shop across the street, and it is a few minutes walk to the Tamagawa river, the cherry blossoms on the opposite side of the Mutsumibashi bridge (left bank) and Minami Park are popular spots, and on the right bank you can explore the mysterious "Kujiraike" pond, which even the locals don't know about.5-minute walk to "RAJUKU", where foreigners come to learn ramen.
