Owl's Rest Off-Grid Lodge with Hot Tub & Sauna

Owls Rest is a off-grid eco Log House, it is one of two (Hare's Folly) quiet & idyllic self catering holiday accommodation situated on our 250 acre Farm Estate which sits on the banks of Sulby Reservoir in the heart of the Great British countryside. Enjoy picturesque views of Sulby Reservoir & farm land, beautiful sunsets & an abundance of Wildlife from the Hot Tub. This log house and its Hot Tub & Sauna are totally private and are accessed by hard farm tracks with electric gates via Park Farm. The space Built from logs of warm rich Western Red Cedar as is the stand alone private wood fired sauna pod and private Hot Tub situated on the deck overlooking the Reservoir. The reservoir is a Syndicate Fishing reservoir owned by Canals & Rivers Trust. Open plan traditional style log house, suitable for up to 4 people to stay. King Size double bed, twin Divan beds. Open plan living/kitchen/dining area with everything you need. Finished to a high standard to give that home from home feeling. 47" HD Smart TV, Dolce Gusto Coffee Machine, Underfloor Heating. Unfortunately we can't accommodate electric car charging due to the off-grid nature of the property, this will cause the generator to run and we can't be sure if this would affect your car or not. If you require a charging facility there is one in Welford, on West Street, opposite the Church. Guest access This is for the whole property, Private Sauna and Hot Tub. The inside has been finished to a high standard with central kitchen, living/dining area, two bedrooms and wet room. Access is also possible for a wheelchair user. Supermarket deliveries must be pre-booked with us, as there is no access for a delivery direct to the log house. Other things to note Festive bookings are Tuesday 23rd December - Saturday 27th December (4 nights) Saturday 27th December - Tuesday 30th December (3 nights) Tuesday 30th December - Friday 2nd January (3 nights) The BBQ is available all year round No pets allowed. Please note, check in/check out days are Monday, Wednesday, Friday We are happy for children to stay, we can provide travel cots and high chairs, however there are no stairgates for outside steps.
