All applicable taxes *** Pets are NOT allowed. *** Smoking is not allowed in villa's interiors. *** Even though there is taxi service while on the island car/moto is essential . *** The villa has a private infinity pool and is for self-catering holidays. Payment policy * 30% deposit is required at the time of booking and is NON Refundable. * Payment of the remaining 70% of the total cost must be completed 28 days prior to guest’s arrival. * The booking is considered final after the above two payments. * In case of failure to provide payment as above, the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation. Cancellation policy Free cancellation is not available for this rate. The 30% deposit of the total cost is non-refundable.
