The lovingly furnished wooden house offers plenty of space for friends & family of 130 sq m. Away from the tourist hotspots, you can find peace & quiet in nature, on walks through the Bodden landscape, sunbathing on the terrace, cosily in front of the fireplace, with a view over the wide field where deer and cranes say good morning to each other. The nearest hotspots for water sports enthusiasts are just a few minutes away, the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches are 25 min away. Dogs are very welcome. The space The wooden house with heat pump and energy efficiency class A++ was lovingly built and furnished by us in 2024. The living area is located on the ground floor and features a huge seating area, a fireplace and space for everyone. From the large dining table, you can look out over the field to the horizon through the panoramic window. The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and offers direct access to the terrace with seating area and dining area. In the rear rooms there is a ground-floor shower room and a room with a workplace and cosy pull-out couch. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a spacious bath/shower room. The gallery offers a retreat and opportunities to work and relax. Deer and cranes rest on our property. There is a small café in the village. The nearest supermarket is five minutes away by car. Kitesurfers are in heaven just round the corner and all children love Karl's strawberry farm. The best fish sandwiches with a view of the harbour and the nearest train station are in Ribnitz-Damgarten, Rostock and Stralsund offer culture and the Baltic Sea has sandy beaches like in paradise. Guest access Access code for door lock. Other things to note Hessenburg is a registered health resort, and all holidaymakers must pay a visitor's tax. This is billed separately by us and paid 1:1 to the health resort administration. The fireplace may of course be used. Wood is charged according to consumption.
