It consists of an air-conditioned living/dining area open to an equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and other amenities to have a pleasant time (double glazing, roller shutters, ceiling fans). The space The accommodation has 2 compound bedrooms: - a double bed (140*200), 1 dressing room and windows overlooking private terrace/garden. - 2 single beds (90*200), 1 wardrobe and windows overlooking the garden. The 2 bedrooms are equipped with high-performance and design ceiling fans at the same time (summer/winter). It also has an air-conditioned sitting area with 2 sofas, a dining area opening onto an equipped kitchen with a washer-dryer (detergent not included), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a toilet, and an uncovered terrace. Please note that the sofas are not bedding and are not to be used for sleeping. Just so you know, the coffee machine is compatible with classic format capsules. Possibility of providing a classic filter coffee maker on request. Bed linen and towels provided (1 per person for short stays, for indoor use, do not take them with you and do not use them as a mop). An umbrella bed is available on request for an additional charge of €20 for the duration of the stay including the provision + slightly quilted stand + removable changing table (0 to 12 months for 9 kg max) + bed linen + cleaning. Other things to note The guest of foreign nationality must complete and sign an individual police card upon arrival in accordance with Article R611-42 of the Code for the Entry and Stay of Foreigners including European Union nationals (one card per guest, the information of the child under the age of 15 may appear on the card of the accompanying adult) under penalty of being denied access to the accommodation.
