The space The house unfolds over several levels and offers well-balanced, generous spaces: three bedrooms and three full bathrooms, a bright living area with a fireplace, a traditional fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining room designed for shared moments. The interiors reflect classic Tuscan character, with terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, and solid wood furnishings that create a warm, timeless atmosphere. At the heart of Casa Belvedere lies its spacious panoramic terrace, shaded by a pergola and overlooking the Valdichiana. An open and peaceful setting, ideal for slow breakfasts, sunset aperitivi, or long dinners accompanied by the changing light of the Tuscan countryside. An independent entrance, a quiet setting, and the presence of a nearby Romanesque church add to the sense of place and authenticity.
