The space No 8 is a gorgeous 2 level apartment right on the waters edge with a garden and parking for one car. Its views will take your breath away. Drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves, sit the private garden or sun-house, watch the sea birds, changing skylines and sunsets. Fabulous sandy swimming beach, coastal walks, numerous golf courses and great restaurants all on your doorstep. Easy access to all the Kingdom of Fife has to offer, St Andrews only 10 miles away. It has 4 bedrooms - 2 kings and 2 twins. The ceilings in the bedrooms downstairs are slightly lower. There are 2 bathrooms with a gorgeous free standing bath in the large downstairs bathroom. There is a spacious sitting room, adjoining dining room, seating for 8 guests and a well appointed kitchen. There is broadband, a wood burning stove and No 8 has off street private parking for 1 car. It also has a fabulous private enclosed beach front garden with outside table and seating for 8 guests, perfect for al fresco dining or just enjoying a glass of wine watching the sun go down. Guest access No 8 has its own parking space for one car at the rear of the building. Guests enter through the main door from the street. The local shop, the Crusoe and the Railway Tavern are moments away and there is a gorgeous cafe by the sailing club. Beach House is on the famous Fife Coastal Path and there are many walks and historic sites to see. Guest access The garden area is numbered - so you can find your outdoor space very easily. There are cushions for seats in the summer house & bbq in the garden hut. Please ensure the cushions & bbq are returned to the storage Other things to note Up to 2 dogs welcome Ensure they’re are kept off furniture & beds please. No candles in the property please.
