The base price includes the rent of the entire property with access to a 70 m2 apartment with bathroom and kitchen and an industrial warehouse of 2250 m2. Access to up to 10 vehicles and the installation of up to 25 tents in the designated areas is allowed. Campfires and social and sporting events of no more than 50 people are allowed. Other things to note The property is perfectly fenced and delimited, guests must remain in the designated areas, the installation of camps and campfires must be in the interior gardens of the Casco and under the supervision of the caretaker, it is forbidden to make recreational use of outdoor facilities except by prior agreement with the host. The installation of furniture for social, sporting or filming events is allowed with the prior agreement of the host and under the commitment not to damage, modify or contaminate the facilities.
