Be fascinated at the colorful relaxing living room and the large windows overlooking the garden. The apartment is complete with Smart TV, WI FI, 1 comfortable sofa, the large living room table with comfort chairs, fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with compatible capsules, toaster, refrigerator, microwave oven and full kitchenware. The apartment is independently heated and has air conditioning while there is a large double bed in the bedroom that comfortably sleeps 2 people. The bathroom is also complete with a hair dryer and separated from the bedroom by a hallway area that also separates the other single room. You will greatly appreciate the large shower that overlooks the green hillside opposite. Take your aperitif and go outside for 2 steps to let the green envelop you and pamper you as if it were chrome therapy that becomes total relaxation when your eyes meet the blue in the apartment. A book and an armchair outside are not lacking. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment. To access the apartment there are only a few steps from the building entrance. Then the apartment is in one floor. Parking for the car is free on site. Other things to note Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
