Enjoy your stay in our lovingly furnished apartment with pool and sauna. Relax on the balcony and admire the breathtaking panoramic views. The fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room, comfortable bedroom, and additional room offer comfort of the highest standard. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups of up to 4 people looking to combine relaxation and luxury. Wi-Fi and parking (carport) are included. The space Living rooms: The bright and light-flooded living room offers an ideal place to relax. A comfortable couch and two armchairs – one electrically adjustable and the other manually adjustable – invite you to relax. A modern Samsung LED TV with Sky Q is provided (provided your Sky subscription allows use outside the home). The spacious windows let in plenty of natural light and offer beautiful views of the surroundings. An elegant dining area with dining table and six chairs can accommodate meals or social rounds. Bedroom: The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable bed (140cm wide) for relaxing nights. Two large wardrobes with built-in mirrors offer plenty of storage space. In addition to the wardrobes, two nightstands are available to store personal belongings at their fingertips. A small closet with spacious drawers offers additional space for your belongings. The large double-pane windows let in plenty of light and are equipped with convenient roller shutters to provide peace and darkness as needed. 2nd bedroom / reading room: This eclectic room invites you to relax and browse. A cozy library with a diverse selection of books is waiting to be discovered. The couch can be opened in different ways, either as a sofa bed or as a bed (1.2 cm wide) – ideal for guests or as an additional sleeping option. Whether for reading, relaxing or for a good night's sleep, this room offers flexibility and comfort. Baths: The stylish bathroom is equipped with a spacious bathtub, perfect for relaxing moments. In addition, there is a modern shower with elegant glass wing doors. Everything is high-quality and tastefully decorated, so you can feel completely comfortable here. The use of the provided bath and hand towels is included. Kitchen: The light-filled kitchen is perfectly equipped for you to showcase your cooking skills. You'll find modern NEFF appliances, including an electric stove, built-in fridge, oven, and dishwasher. A long-slot toast ensures the perfect start to the day. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of cutlery, plates, cups, pots and pans, and other kitchen utensils to provide you with everything you need. For coffee lovers, there is a Nespresso capsule machine including capsules for the first few days. In addition, a sufficient number of garbage bags will be provided to ensure proper waste separation. Balcony: The sunny balcony (1.5m x 6m) is on the south side and is the perfect place to enjoy the day. Here, you can fully enjoy the sun, the view of the garden, the pool, and the valley from the spacious area. Equipped with a small electric grill, table and chairs, it is ideal for a relaxing breakfast or dinner alfresco. The balcony invites you to linger and relax while you enjoy the fresh air and the breathtaking view. Sauna: For a truly relaxing experience, there is a private sauna in the basement. This provides a perfect way to relax after a long day. Right next to it is a shower with hot and cold water, ideal for refreshment after the sauna. Use of the sauna costs €22 per day (incl.) Infusion, regardless of the number of people). You can decide on and book use of the sauna flexibly on site. Guest access Entire apartment as well as sauna (after consultation and booking), as well as washing machine and dryer (also in the basement next to the sauna) Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor (staircase) and is heated by gas floor heating, which gives you individual control over the room temperature. This allows you to adjust the heating according to your wishes and to always enjoy a pleasant, comfortable atmosphere during your stay. The pool can be used at no extra cost. Our pool is available to you from April to October (depending on the weather) and invites you to relax on warm days. On request, the pool can be heated to a pleasant temperature of about 25-26°C, so that a comfortable swimming experience is possible even on cooler days. The pool heating can be used for an extra charge of €15 per day and should be requested at least 2 days in advance. Even without additional heating, the pool usually reaches pleasantly warm swimming temperatures in good weather. The pool is closed seasonally from November to March. The use of the sauna costs €22 per day (including infusion, regardless of the number of people).
