Double ensuite room in Newton of Falkland

Charming double en-suite room with a spectacular view of Falkland Hill in our home which is a B-Listed converted Maltings building within a quiet courtyard. Perfect central location to visit Falkland ( of Outlander fame), Falkland Estate, St Andrews - the home of golf, the East Neuk with its beautiful beaches and the Lomond Hills. Edinburgh is also just a short train ride away. Hosts Laura and James will be on hand to help in any way and give advice on how best to enjoy the lovely local area. The space This is a 4 bedroom family cottage, with lovely views of fields and Falkland Hill with a small sunny decking area and garden to enjoy the evening sun. Safe parking, off the main road in a private courtyard shared with a few lovely neighbours. Guest access Your bedroom has tea/coffee facilities and private ensuite. You are welcome to use the lounge where there is a TV and comfy sofas to relax in. You can also sit in the large kitchen/diner if you choose to request a continental style breakfast. During your stay We are free for queries during the day and evening if we are at home. If not at home we are contactable by mobile phone. We are a sociable easy going couple and like to meet new people but equally respect folks privacy. Other things to note Barney our cockapoo is friendly but if you prefer not to interact with him we can keep him in our study.
