Escape to this beautiful property with two spacious bungalows, ideal for family or friends. Enjoy total privacy: the space is not shared, and there are no common areas. Relax in the garden with a swimming pool, barbecue, and lounge chairs. The pool is outdoors, gets sun all day long, and does not have a heater (water temperature depends on the weather). Each bungalow has 3 queen-size beds and a full bathroom. It features an outdoor kitchen, a bathroom in the pool area, and ample parking. Perfect to rest and disconnect. The space The property features a main house and two bungalows located at the rear, each with its own independent access. The rental includes both bungalows, providing you with a comfortable and private space for your stay. It is important to note that the main house will not be occupied during your stay, so there will be no other people on the property. This allows you to enjoy the place in complete privacy. You will have free use of all the outdoor areas, including the garden (which is very spacious and perfect for spending time with family), the pool, and the seating areas. Only access to the interior of the main house is not included. Guest access The space features an outdoor kitchen located in a covered area, fully equipped with utensils, appliances, plates, and glasses so you can prepare whatever you like in complete comfort. In addition, in the garden, you will find a barbecue area with tables, perfect for enjoying outdoor moments with family or friends. Other things to note The house is centrally located; within a 5-minute walk, you will find a market and convenience stores where you can stock up on groceries and enjoy options for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Downtown Cuautla is only a 15-minute walk away, ideal for going for a walk and getting to know the area. Also, your pets are welcome. We have enough space for you to be comfortable, with a terrace and a patio. For hygiene and cleanliness reasons, we only ask that you please not enter the bedrooms or the pool. The pool is outdoors, so it can occasionally get a bit dirty due to the wind, nature, or nearby trees, which is beyond our control. For your peace of mind, the property has a closed-circuit security camera system in outdoor areas. In the area, there are services like Uber and Didi, so you can easily order food or groceries to be delivered to your door.
