We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome and serve you as our guest! :) The space 🏠 The Space: We’ve got 4 comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread across two levels. Upstairs: • Master Bedroom: 1 King bed, 2 Single beds, 1 Queen bed + attached bathroom • Bedroom 2: 2 Queen beds (shares a bathroom with Bedroom 3) • Bedroom 3: 2 Queen beds • There’s also a pool table and a game console area for extra fun! Downstairs: • Bedroom 4: 2 Queen beds • A bathroom is available in the kitchen area. * All fully air-condion furnished. ⸻ 🎉 Entertainment Galore: We’ve packed the house with fun! You’ll find: • A Smart TV and karaoke system • Mahjong table • Pool table • Soccer (foosball) table • Arcade game machine with over 10,000 games • Kids kitchen toys Perfect for all-day entertainment, rain or shine! ⸻ 🍽 Kitchen & Dining: You’ll have access to: • A Coway water purifier (hot & cold) • Induction cooker for light cooking • Small oven & fridge • Dining sets and utensils all ready to go ⸻ 🌴 Outdoor Area: • Private swimming pool with jacuzzi (for adults) and a kids’ pool • Large outdoor dining table • BBQ grill (charcoal provided) • 2 outdoor shower rooms (1 with water heater) for after-pool rinse-offs ⚠️ - There’s 2 cctv at the pool area / 2 cctv at the carporch area. No cctv in the house completely, as this is forbidden. ⸻ 🚗 Parking: The porch fits 2 cars, and you can park another 1–2 outside. There’s also an open area next to the house — plenty of space even for 5+ cars! 🔔 Important House Rules: • Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM • Late check-out is RM150 per hour • ❌ No alcohol, drugs, parties, or smoking indoors (RM300 penalty per violation) • Please keep noise down between 10PM–8AM — we’re in a friendly neighborhood even though it’s a corner unit • Bookings are final — no cancellations or rescheduling after confirmation, so please check with us before you book. :) ⸻ We hope to welcome you soon and provide a fun, comfortable stay for your group!
