Regards, The Cassa Team Other things to note BINS COLLECTION METHOD Please be advised that the bin collection day is Tuesday every week: ·Red Bin (General Waste): collected every Tuesday (weekly). ·Yellow Bin (Recycling – paper, cardboard, bottles, cans): collected every second Tuesday. ·Green Bin (Garden Waste – leaves, grass, small branches): collected every second Tuesday, alternating with the yellow bin. 👉 Kindly place the bins out on the kerb on Monday night. 👉 Please ensure only the correct waste goes into each bin. LOST KEYS/KEY USE ASSISTANCE 🔑 LOST KEYS & CALL-OUT FEES · A $500 penalty charge will apply individually if you do not return the full set of keys❗️ · A $100 call-out fee will apply if you lock yourself out of your property❗️ Please always remember to take your keys with you when you leave the apartment.
