Inside the "Il Portico" residence (with an automatic gate), it is located on the second floor, accessible via a few steps and blessed with a double north/south exposure. It benefits from natural light and consistent natural ventilation that cools every room (supplemented by an efficient air-conditioning system for maximum comfort, in addition to the portable ventilation system). Complimentary use of poolside sun loungers and umbrellas. Quiet atmosphere, frequented by a small number of polite people and therefore almost exclusive. Note: Headphones must be worn, and children must be accompanied. Morning opening hours (10:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.) and afternoon opening hours (4:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.). • 🚗Parking: Free private parking space allocated within the complex (automatic gate). • 🌿 Green Areas: Spacious, well-maintained common spaces for relaxation. • 🚲Bicycles: Two bicycles are available and included in the stay, allowing you to explore the coastal trails in the peaceful shade of the grove that runs along the coast. Area equipped for children and fitness will be along the trail. Impossible not to walk it! Other things to note • 🌊☀️Experience the sea: Choose between the public beach or the lido with facilities (services, bar, and restaurant). The route to get there is straight, flat, and almost entirely on a private road. Regardless of your choice, you can still enjoy the catering services, bars, toilets, and more of the property that overlooks the beach.
