We primarily welcome four adults to this accommodation, but there is room for up to five people to live comfortably. Accommodation is located in the middle of the beautiful tourist town of Arvika with its entire cultural offerings and a fantastic border trade at Charlottenberg's shopping center just a mile from Morokulien and Norway. Golf courses, public swimming areas, hiking trails, etc. can be reached by car within 30 minutes. The space The house is a 60-70s' villa with well-preserved details from that era. It offers a comfortable living in its simplicity and for some guests even a trip to the property. The listing is new to Airbnb and add-ons to features and decor are added over time without missing anything now. We primarily welcome four adults to this property but there is room for up to five people staying comfortably. Bed linens can be purchased for SEK 120/bed set incl. towel. If you choose to stay for a longer period, there are plenty of lakes nearby for both fishing and other activities. Fishing license is usually required. Of course, there are other activities available within reasonable distance 10-20 km, ranging from padel courts to hiking trails, forest walks with access to mushrooms and berries. If you're lucky, you might see some moose on the hike as well. The winter season also offers winter activities in nearby Valfjället ski center, about 15 km from the property. For more information, a visit to Arvika Tourist Office is recommended. Guest access The house has three bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and a full bathroom. There is another toilet as well as a shower in the basement where there is also a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Bed linens are not included. Bed linens can be purchased for SEK 120/bedding set, including a towel Kitchen has a stove with an oven, smaller countertop dishwasher, fridge and microwave. In the basement there is also a freezer. TV with terrestrial channels available. Wifi is available with connection to fiber. The home is not child proofed. After a short walk you are down by the lake and can enjoy the sunset and grill a sausage. Other things to note There is room for up to 5 adults to stay comfortably. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Deposit 500SEK/50€ cleaning fee for short-term stay, 1-2 day. In case of 3 days or more, the fee will be increased to SEK 800/80€ The fee is returned after check-out and checking the cleaning.
