The space Casa Colli Impervi is a stone house nestled in greenery, where nature sets the pace and silence is part of the experience. Located in a unique, secluded setting, it can only be reached via a short dirt path winding through woods and vineyards—a route that calls for a hint of adventure, but rewards you with breathtaking views and absolute peace. The restoration of the house, completed in 2024, followed a conservative approach: every original detail has been carefully preserved to offer an authentic, immersive experience—without giving up modern comforts. The property features air conditioning on all floors, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and kettle. For each guest, bed linen, towels, and a courtesy set are included. The bedrooms, each with an adjacent private bathroom and washing machine, ensure maximum privacy and convenience. We are at the highest point of the Valdobbiadene DOCG area, in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage site, and the view is among the most striking in the region—a rolling landscape of vineyards glowing at sunset. The house is surrounded by unspoiled nature, ideal for those seeking a truly restorative retreat. Less than 1 km away is the village of Combai, where you’ll find essential services such as a bar, restaurant, and small grocery store. Additional amenities like a pharmacy and ATM are available in Miane, just a 5-minute drive from the property. The location is perfect for cycling and hiking, as well as for visiting nearby destinations like Valdobbiadene, Montebelluna, Revine Lago, or Treviso. Access to the house is via a dirt road surrounded by vegetation, which can be traveled by car, on foot, or by bike. Guest access All outdoor areas adjacent to the house are at your disposal, except for the house currently under renovation located just a few steps from the main building. However, please be cautious around the vineyard, as it is very steep and the terrain is uneven. Additionally, if you choose to explore the surrounding woodland, keep in mind that the trails are not clearly marked, so we kindly ask you to proceed with care. Other things to note Please note that the house features two non-divisible double beds. For stays of two guests, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance if you would like separate rooms to be prepared. In this case, a supplement of €80.00 will apply for the entire stay.
