The living room and kitchen are on the second floor, and the bedrooms and bathroom are on the ground floor. The space This centrally located apartment has been lovingly furnished and awaits you with very high-quality amenities. We can accommodate up to 8 guests. You can expect a 105 square meter apartment with 2 bedrooms, an open living-dining area with kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub as well as a guest toilet. Cozy beds are waiting for you to ensure that your sleep is first class. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be pushed together if desired. The second bedroom is furnished with two king-size beds (180 m x 200 cm). Bedding can be found at hotel level with us. There is also a dining area for 8 people and a cozy sitting area with a sofa, coffee table and large smart TV with streaming options. The sofa bed, measuring 154 x 192 cm, offers enough space for two additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers a stove, oven-microwave combination, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and everything else you need to cook delicious meals. Basic supplies such as coffee capsules, tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper & other spices as well as sugar are available. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. You will also find a washing machine there. We provide soap, shower gel and shampoo. Guest access You can easily check in independently in just a few steps using the touchpad directly on site. All the necessary information will be sent to you in advance and in time so that everything goes smoothly upon arrival. Arrival is later than planned? No problem, with us, check-in is also possible in the evening or at night. Other things to note The apartment is accessible via stairs only and therefore not accessible. The large bedroom with the double beds does not have a room door. This can be separated with a curtain. Before check-in, a registration form must be completed and the ID uploaded.
