STAIRS TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BASEMENT Other things to note 1. No parties 2. No Stag or Hens 3. Lead booker must be over 25 4. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted. Violating this policy may result in cancellation of the reservation with no refund. 5. All guests must provide full details of their group, including names and ages, prior to arrival. We will get in touch after booking with instructions on how to submit this information. 6. Photographic ID to be presented at time of check in 7. Please inform the property manager promptly of any damage or breakages 8. Please be courteous of our neighbours 9. Smoking or vaping is not permitted throughout the building 10. Quiet hours between 11pm and 8am 11. For stays longer than 7 nights, a recurring housekeeping charge will be added to the total cost, covering the servicing of the property for every 7 nights thereafter.
