Fox Den Sorpesee, no stairs, fireplace & garden

Once a lamp factory in the 60s – now a cozy, feel-good hideaway with a touch of luxury where everyone feels right at home. In 2023, we fully renovated our ground-floor Fox Den with underfloor heating, a fireplace, a brand-new kitchen, and comfy, stylish furnishings. Whether you’re a family with kids, a group of friends, or a couple looking to unwind – there’s plenty of space inside and outside to cook, relax, play, and just enjoy life. The space Our 100 m² Fox Den features two separate bedrooms, a hallway, a bright daylight bathroom, a storage room, and a beautiful open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom has a large double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a loft bed with two single mattresses (90 × 200 cm each). The second bedroom includes another large double bed (180 × 200 cm) and a toddler bed (140 × 70 cm). In the living room, the two sofa beds can be converted into comfortable sleeping spaces (each 100 × 190 cm). The apartment also comes with a small garden featuring a lawn and a terrace — perfect for barbecues, cozy evenings, and relaxing outdoors. Guest access The apartment is completely on one level and easily accessible for people with limited mobility, as well as for strollers, bicycles, and more. The front door opens with a 4-digit PIN code that we’ll send you in advance. This way, you can arrive whenever it suits you best – no need to coordinate check-in times. Other things to note The apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. Free parking is available on the street right next to the house. Before your arrival, we’ll make sure everything is ready for you – freshly made beds, clean towels, and a basic set of kitchen essentials. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside on the terrace.
