The space Inside the Retreat: - Bedroom – A cosy double bed with quality linen, designed for restful nights. - Sitting Room – Includes a comfortable double sofa bed, lounge seating, and TV for relaxing evenings. - Bathroom – A private, accessible bathroom fitted with walk-in shower and modern amenities. - separate toilet - Kitchenette – Well equipped with a microwave, air fryer, kettle, toaster, fridge, coffee pod machine, crockery, cutlery, and basic pantry items to make light meals easy. - Additional Sleeping Space for 2 in single beds in Games Room - Games Room (Downstairs) – Accessed externally from the main house, this space includes two single beds and a range of games/entertainment options — perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests. Shared Indoor Space - Laundry/Entry – The entryway doubles as a shared laundry with washing machine, dryer, and iron available for guest use. Outdoor Spaces - Spa – Heated outdoor spa for year-round relaxation. - Patio & Dining – Outdoor table with seating for six under a patio umbrella, ideal for meals or drinks in the fresh air. - Fire Features – Chiminea and smokeless firepit to enjoy Ballarat’s cool evenings. - Gardens – Peaceful garden areas with fountains and seating nooks, including the front garden where frogs create a gentle evening soundtrack. Other things to note The apartment is sectioned from the rest of the home. The host lives in the other part of the house.
