The apartment is located on the first floor and is split over two levels: downstairs, you'll find a bright open-plan living space with soaring ceilings, exposed wooden beams, a comfy lounge area, and a fully equipped kitchen (yes, there's a dishwasher!). Upstairs in the attic, two cozy bedrooms await, both air-conditioned for a good night’s sleep. Pets are also welcome. 🛏️ Two separate bedrooms with comfortable, high-quality beds for privacy and a restful night’s sleep. 💧 Bathroom? Just one, but it’s modern and spacious, with towels, shower gel, laundry detergent, and a washer-dryer, ideal for longer stays. 🍝 Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of cookware and utensils, plus basic ingredients such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, and instant coffee. ❄️ Air conditioning? Yes, both downstairs and in the bedrooms. 📶 Wi-Fi? Of course. 🪑 Balcony? No, but there are several charming outdoor corners around the house, perfect for a relaxing coffee break. 🚲 Bikes available for short trips or exploring the surroundings — simple, basic bikes, perfect for easy rides nearby. ☕ Craving a quick coffee? Help yourself to the coffee machine in the shared service area. Located just 5 km (about a 12-minute drive) from Ljubljana city center, with quick access to the highway (3 minutes away), it’s the perfect home base for discovering Slovenia. Taller guests might need to duck for a second to avoid a bump – just a little nod to the barn’s history. Parking information 🅿️🚗 We are happy to offer parking directly in front of the apartment. Each apartment includes one parking space. If you are planning to arrive with two cars, we kindly ask that you check availability and reserve an additional parking space in advance, as parking in the surrounding streets is unfortunately not possible due to private property. Due to space limitations, the parking area is not suitable for motorhomes, caravans, or very large vans. Other things to note 💶 Just a heads-up about tourist tax: It’s not included in the nightly rate and should be paid in cash upon arrival: €3.13 per night for adults €1.57 per night for kids aged 7–18 Free for little ones under 7 🪪 Don’t forget your ID or passport!
