The space The only apartment in the building has a 62m2 free floor area with a large bedroom, a large separate kitchen that's well-equipped, an extra large light living room that can be split into two rooms using cabinets, curtains, and furniture, a tiled toilet with a super wide doorway hairdryer, a handheld shower, space for a wheelchair, grab rails, a toilet hoist with armrest, a mirror, and a small sink. The apartment has very efficient geothermal, which is roomally adjustable. In addition, every room, including the kitchen, has a functional fireplace. The living room and kitchen have fresh air input valves. Powerful cooker hood and air conditioning channel in the kitchen. In the living room, smoke detector, couch furniture, canopy, printer/copier/scan. The kitchen has a foam fire extinguisher, table, 120cm double bed, pcs, drying cabinet, dishes, vases, iron and ironing board, coffee and kettle, tea/coffee maker, electric stove and oven, 2 sinks, microwave oven, closet space, first aid supplies, cooking and baking utensils, garbage sorting and cleaning utensils. In the bedroom 2×80cm motorized tempur bed, blackout curtain, two large windows, auxiliary table, gantry, bedside tables on both sides, support rods, clothes rack, long mirror, portable air conditioner, radio/CD player, reading, candles, alarm clock and floor lamp. A laundry machine, a mangle is coming to the apartment soon, which I order smoke alarms, a carbon monoxide detector, powder extinguishers, fire blankets, filters, blackout curtains, insect nets and filter fabrics for windows, add beds, accessibility features, and other amenities. The entryway is shared with the property owner and a neighbor selling and cooking upstairs in the summer, but does not visit in the winter. Through the hallway, you go to the basement. If necessary, the basement can be accessed for storing things or food, such as a large number of mushrooms or berries. The apartment is separate from the hallway, which means there is another key to the door of the apartment and the other to the front door. The yard sauna is shared by everyone, but the property owners hardly use it, so it's mostly free to use. The sauna building has a dressing room and a hallway in addition to the sauna itself, which is not currently heated. The electric heater is on the purchase list. The warehouse outside has several rooms, one of which the owner of the apartment preserves his own belongings. For example, it can accommodate large [trip]items if needed. You can get trees from the tree shed, with caution. Talks to organize trees are only planned. The warehouse building also has a woodC with a toilet and urinal. Trash cans and recycling points are in the yard on the side of the road and for everyone to use, as is compost. Outbound mail, bulletin board, and mailboxes are located near the garbage canopy. The yard areas are shared throughout the village with residents and recreational residents. The former school side hosts daily and can be reached either by signing up or just going. Other times, you'll need a key and a reservation. In the summer, there's a kiosk cafe, lunch, coffee, hospitality, events, a flea market, and services for cottages. Upstairs in the summer, fleas and craft sales while the entrepreneur is present, like on-demand woven rugs. A permanent resident of the apartment is traveling, so their belongings are in the apartment. Other things to note There is no shower in the apartment, but the washing takes place in the yard sauna all year round. The sauna is wheelchair accessible and has a shower wheelchair. The water is heated in a large pot with trees that provide cold water from the hose. The wood stove is new and efficient. There's more laundry drying space outside in the summer. Inside, clothes dry slowly in the winter, but there is a drying cabinet.
