Featuring a modern reinforced concrete design, the brand-new villa offers about 100㎡ of spacious living area. The villa accommodates up to 8 guests; however, when using extra beds for 8 people, the bedrooms may feel a bit tight, so we recommend up to 7 guests for a more comfortable stay. Equipped with solar power, the villa ensures a stable electricity supply even during power outages caused by typhoons — common in Okinawa — so you can relax and enjoy your trip with peace of mind. Guest access [2nd Floor] The second floor features the living room, dining area, kitchen, and bathroom — all offering stunning ocean views. ★ Living Room Furnished with a luxurious L-shaped sofa, ottoman, and a large dining table that comfortably seats up to eight guests. The open layout provides plenty of space for meals and conversations with friends or family. A wall-mounted 65-inch TV offers access to terrestrial channels, Netflix, and Disney+. Relax while gazing at the sea or enjoying a movie — your private island time awaits. ★ Balcony Accessible from the living room, the balcony is furnished with garden chairs and a large table. Stretch out on the lounge chair, admire the calm waters of Yonaha Bay, and lose track of time. You can also enjoy beautiful sunrises and star-filled night skies. A BBQ grill is available (paid option: ¥3,000; please reserve at least 5 days before check-in). If no request is made, the owner’s car may occupy the second space. Other things to note ■ Notice 1 ■ Please note that there are no on-site staff at the villa. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to register your guest information and access the property. ■ Notice 2 ■ During your stay, room cleaning and linen changes are not provided. For one-night stays, each guest will receive one set of towels and amenities. Please use the washing machine and dryer as needed. If you run out of consumable items such as tissues, kindly purchase replacements yourself. ■ Notice 3 ■ For safety and to avoid misunderstandings, we do not arrange transportation, taxis, activities, or restaurant reservations on behalf of guests. For transportation, please use ride-hailing apps such as DiDi. ■ Notice 4 ■ Due to Okinawa’s subtropical climate, you may occasionally see geckos (considered good luck in Okinawa) or harmless insects inside or around the villa.
