Right at the entrance, there is a large living room combined with the pantry, which is furnished with a sofa bed and pillows, a ceiling fan, a rack and a flat-screen TV. Table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is very complete and offers appliances such as a blender, microwave, stove, refrigerator, utensils, pots, cutlery, plates, cups, coffee thermos, glass cups, and in the drawers you will always find dishcloths and other essential kitchen utensils. The 2 en-suites on the upper floor have air conditioning, one with 1 double bed with 2 single beds and the other with 4 single beds, a balcony, pillows, bed and bath linens. An excellent place for those who don't want to take the car for anything!!! Residencial Jerusalém II is located in Coroa Vermelha in the city of Santa Cruz Cabrália, by the sea at Praia do Mutá. It is right on the border between Porto Seguro and Santa Cruz da Cabrália. It is 16 km to downtown Porto Seguro (26 minutes by car) and 1.2 km to downtown Cabrália (3 minutes by car). > Near the residential complex, there are only beach huts a few meters away that can be reached on foot. Supermarkets, a bakery, pharmacies, handicrafts, etc. are 1.2 km from the residential complex, a 3-minute drive. > We do not charge a cleaning fee, but the house must be left in the same condition as it was received, clean and organized. If you do not want to do the work of cleaning and organizing, you will be charged R$200.00 to cover the costs of the cleaning lady. > We do not charge for the provision of 1 set of bed linens, a blanket and 1 towel for each guest, but to provide them, it is necessary to leave a security deposit of R$200.00. If you bring your own linens, the deposit is not required.
