The proximity of the river, a blooming garden, beautiful mountain views, and birds singing-it's all waiting for you in our home. At 120m* there is a large living room with a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a dressing room and a lockable bike/ski room. In the garden, there is a hot tub, sauna, barbecue grill, playground, and a fire pit. The space Our passion for atmospheric places inspired us to create a space where we forget about the hustle and bustle of everyday life and where mornings and evenings on the terrace bring a smile to our faces. Lawendowa Przystań is a two-story house generally renovated in 2025, where the garden penetrates through the windows and the coffee tastes like nowhere else. On the ground floor of the house there is an open living room with a large, comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful wooden table where the whole family can eat delicious meals or play board games. In the lower part of the house there is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet and a spacious built-in wardrobe. The wooden stairs leading to the first floor are illuminated and have a gate to protect small children and our four-legged friends. The upper part of the house consists of two bedrooms with balconies, each with a large double bed and a fold-out double sofa. On this floor there is also a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine. A flower garden with a small pond, where water lilies bloom every year, is a place for your meetings, closeness and conversations. So take advantage of the beautiful space by relaxing on the available garden furniture, barbecue and fire pit. The entire area of the house is illuminated and fenced, and the kids can play on a wooden playground with swings and a slide, a large trampoline or play ball, darts or badminton. For the slightly older ones, we offer a relaxing relaxation zone, i.e. a sauna for 6 people and an 8-person hot tub. Guest access If you are an athlete, Lawendowa Przystań will meet all your expectations. Going just beyond our fence, you will find yourself on the embankments of the Brennica River, where lovers of running and cycling have a paradise on earth. After an active rest, we suggest going down to the river for a typical mountain refreshment or lying on a blanket soaking your feet. We have created a safe place for our guests to store bicycles and skis, so you don't have to worry about special protection against theft. We invite you and your family to white madness, i.e. skiing in Brenna. A modern ski resort with a chairlift, Ski Dolina Brenna, was opened in 2024, 8 km from our house. Recommended attractions in the immediate vicinity are: Picturesque trails of the Silesian Beskids – ideal for hiking and cycling trips Embankments on the Brennica River – places to relax, sunbathe and fish Beskidzki Dom Zielin "Przytulia" – educational and natural attractions Bat Observatory – a unique educational attraction in Brenna Goat Farm and Educational Farm at Gazda's - for families with children, we learn about local fauna and traditions Zofia Kossak-Szatkowska Museum and Kossaków Manor – a cultural and historical place near Brenna Fairy Tale Garden around the Grabowa Hut – an attraction for the youngest Year-round toboggan run on Równica and ski lifts in the area (also in Brenna) for winter sports enthusiasts Forest Park of Surprises - a theme park with wild animals Alpakia in Górki – a place where you can meet and pet alpacas Telesforówka - a former mountain hut with local cultural attractions. Shepherd's huts and wooden huts - referring to the traditional Beskid shepherding Lookout Tower on Stare Gronie – a viewpoint with a beautiful panorama of the Beskids Bicycle rental and numerous bicycle routes directly at the house. The nearest grocery stores are 500m from our house (Żabka and Lawiatan) Other things to note • Lavender Haven is not a party venue – we value quiet and a slow-living atmosphere here. • The sauna and hot tub area is a space for relaxation – please use it calmly and without rushing. • Outside (in the garden), we don't play music – we let nature be heard. • After 10:00 p.m., quiet hours apply, and outdoor activities must be kept to a minimum.
