Casa da Eira is a private room/suite with bathroom, adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Located very close to the swimming pool, it is a very bright and welcoming accommodation, with a fully glazed wall. On the reserved terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view over the countryside, enjoy the late afternoons and the starry nights. The space The House: Casa da Eira has a queen-size double bed, which can be transformed into 2 single beds. The suite is equipped so that guests can prepare breakfast and light meals (dining table, crockery and cutlery, mini-fridge, counter with microwave and small appliances). If you wish to prepare a hot meal, we have a portable stove that you can use in one of our barbecue areas. On the terrace there are also a table and chairs, an umbrella and a drying rack. The Farm: Quinta do Maranhão is located 1 km from Bensafrim, and 9 km from Lagos and the beaches of the Barlavento Algarvio, with quick road access to the entire Costa d'Oiro de Lagos and Costa Vicentina. With about 100 years old and 7 hectares, the property has areas of vegetable gardens, orchards and houses. In 2019, the housing area was completely renovated and today has 6 independent accommodation and outdoor spaces prepared to welcome guests who enjoy holidays in the tranquility of nature, between the countryside and the beach. Other equipment and facilities shared on the farm: - Salt water pool. - 2 barbecues. - 2 parking areas. - Living and playing areas. - Activities related to nature, the garden and farm animals. Guest access In addition to the suite and its terrace, guests can enjoy the swimming pool and gardens, barbecue areas and shared laundry room. We also have 2 parking areas accessible to all guests. The area surrounding the farm and main paths are very peaceful and invite you for walks in the countryside. Other things to note - Cleaning service at the end of the stay is included in the price. Daily cleaning of the apartments is the guests' responsibility. For stays longer than 8 days, there will be a free cleaning halfway through, with a change of linen. - All beds in the rooms can be prepared in a single or queen size version. - Children under 3 years old stay free of charge, with all early childhood equipment (cot, sheets and towel, high chair, plastic crockery and baby bath) available for €7/baby/night. - The Washing Machine is shared equipment. This is available for a fee of €3/use (without detergents) or €5/use (with detergents). The houses have their own portable drying rack and springs and there is a shared ironing board and iron available. - If you want to buy organic products of excellent quality, we have our farm products available.
