Peaceful year-round cottage by the lake

Relax alone or with the whole family in this peaceful cabin. If you book with children under the age of 12, do not include the children in the booking, just write information that you have children in the message. This way you avoid extra fees as we do not want to make it financially more difficult for families with small children. There is room for 6 people, beds 5 and 6 and then on the sofa bed in the living room. A crib for young children is also provided. Other things to note Year-round cottage. Inside: New bathroom 2017. All kitchen utensils are in the cottage, including toaster, waffle iron, moccamaster and popcorn machine. Small freezer in storage room. TV - smart TV without channels. Has apps like Viaplay, Netflix, TV2 Play, NRK with open access. Towels and bedlinen are included in the price. Dogs are allowed, but not on the furniture. Outdoor: Large terrace with sun from sunrise to sunset. Trampoline in summer swing. Exterior water tap. Charger for electric car. Kayak with room for 1-2 people is available for rent if desired. *****CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT******* Check-in at 3 pm, check-out at 12 pm. Can be agreed later/earlier if it is not high season for rental. The tenant does the cleaning himself, therefore the landlord has not always seen the cabin before the next person arrives. Therefore, we would appreciate it if we are notified if everything is not as it should be. Høysand: 100 meters below the cabin there is a mini golf course with 3 different courses, kiosk, billiards and tennis court. Large new playground at the campsite about 250 meters away. 500 m to the beach. Here there is grass, sand, floating jetty and diving boards in several heights. There are also two playgrounds, and two sand volleyball courts in addition to a kiosk. At Høysand Bad at Høysand Marina there is a restaurant with good food, and Høysand's popular ice cream kiosk below this!
