Ideal for a quiet vacation close to Groningen (12 km). Perfect for relaxation, hiking, biking and enjoying nature. The space Cozy front house of 105 m2 in a farmhouse next to nature reserve De Onlanden You will be staying in the cozy and spacious front house of our farmhouse, on the edge of the charming village of Peize and right next to the De Onlanden nature reserve. The house is fully furnished and equipped with every comfort: underfloor heating, two comfortable bedrooms, a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, and a private terrace surrounded by greenery. The kitchen has everything you need: a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and basic supplies (coffee, tea, oil and spices). On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with an Auping bed (180x200) and a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, sink and a toilet. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with an Auping bed (160 x 200) and a single bed. In the entrance hall, you will find a second toilet. There is a washing machine and a drying rack. Outside, you can enjoy peace and quiet, flowers and greenery. Parking is available on your own property. Peize has nice places to eat and drink, a bakery, supermarket, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool. Within 30 minutes, you can be at the Grote Markt in Groningen – by bike, car or public transportation. Guest access The entire front house is available to guests. There is a garden with a terrace. Other things to note We have four chickens, a cat and a dog on the property.
