This spacious 1BR is just 5 mins from Sai Ying Pun MTR, is on the 4th floor of a walk up building. It has a large living area, full kitchen, and separate bathroom and toilet. The sofa corner converts into a comfy bed for an extra guest. Tucked in one of HK’s most charming, food-filled neighborhoods, and just 10 mins walk to Sheung Wan, 20 to Central. The space Kindly note this is a 4th floor walk-up. It's not too bad of a climb but obviously less suitable for people with physical limitations. 🙇 Also, this is the apartment my girlfriend and I normally live in. We enjoy life in it a lot, but I've had to move to Europe for a few months. We hope you will have as good of a Hong Kong experience in it as we do. Only please be aware that the right side of the wardrobe in the living room and the left side of the cabinet under the TV are occupied with some of our clothes and belongings. We also kept the bottom fridge for our food but have left the minifridge on top empty.
