A cozy cottage, red with white knots, on Sunnanö 2.3 km outside Öregrund and a stone's throw from Sunnanöbadet. Rental of sheets and towels and cleaning upon departure are included in the rental rate. Next to the property, there are exercise tracks and many trails in the woods and along the beach. The house has three bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through, see photos). A living room with two more spacious sofas, an armchair and a seat/footstool and smart TV. Small kitchen fully equipped. You make/unmake the beds yourself, wash dishes and empty trash. The rest is handled by the cleaning staff for an easy check-out. A smaller bedroom with two single beds (can be put together as a double bed), wardrobe and a chair. A larger bedroom that is a walk-through to the smaller bedroom, with a double bed and sofa bed that is easily made into a 130 cm single bed. All bedrooms have blackout roller blinds. A living room with two more spacious sofas, an armchair and a seat/footstool and smart TV. Small kitchen with full-size stove with oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and plenty of storage as well as fully equipped with what is needed for cooking, porcelain, cutlery and glass, etc. Toaster and kettle. Otherwise, there is an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Underfloor heating in the hall and bathroom. Electric heating in the rest of the house. Large covered terrace with large outdoor furniture set in teak with cushions for the big party or just a cozy dinner.
