In the center of Assemini, in a strategic and privileged location to quickly reach the most beautiful beaches of central-southern Sardinia, Cagliari-Elmas airport (5 minutes by car or train from Assemini Centro station, a 10-minute walk from Casa Vacanze Janas), or the port of Cagliari (15 minutes by the same means). The space A large and bright kitchen, a spacious living room with a comfortable double sofa bed, two bedrooms and a bathroom, a laundry area and an outdoor area equipped for delicious barbecues (there is also a barbecue with its tools). In addition, there is a private parking lot inside the property, closed by a sliding gate. The entire outdoor area is under 24-hour video surveillance. Guest access Guests can access the Janas Holiday Home in the manner that will be agreed upon at the time of booking confirmation: this also means that special needs (different times for check-in or check-out, food and drinks upon arrival of guests or other needs) will, as far as possible, be accommodated and met in the best possible way. This is in order to make the experience of those staying at the Janas Holiday Home as comfortable as possible. Other things to note GENERAL RULES: - Respect the maximum number of guests allowed, as indicated in the reservation.  - Respect the quiet hours, avoiding loud noises that could disturb the neighbors.  - The ban on smoking indoors is a common rule.  - Treat the house and furnishings with care, as if they were your own.  - Respect the agreed times for arrival and departure: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and Check-out by 9:00 a.m. - Pets are not allowed on the property.  - Inform the owner of any damage or breakage, even if accidental, before leaving the vacation home.  - Use the kitchen and its equipment following the instructions provided and leaving it in order after use (for example, before leaving the accommodation, load and start the dishwasher). - Respect the rules for the use of common areas, keeping them clean and tidy.  - On the first and third Monday of each month, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., for the scheduled cleaning of the street, vehicles cannot be parked on the side opposite the Holiday Home (even-numbered street side), while on the first and third Tuesday of the month this will not be allowed on the street side of the Holiday Home (odd-numbered street side).
