Home in Brentwood

Second floor room in a quiet, semi-rural setting. A full bath on 2nd floor is shared with other guests. Use of living room (cable TV), kitchen, dining room, half bath on the first floor. Driveway parking & nearby shopping. Within 10 minutes of PEA, Sig Sauer Academy & Amtrak. 20 minutes to beaches. My other listing, "Peaceful, Comfortable, Quiet" is also on the 2nd floor. It has 3 twin beds. Contact me about long term stays if the calendar is closed. The space Comfy queen mattress, a bedside table with lamp, closet, dresser, desk, fully carpeted and WiFi. There's room for a twin mattress if 3 are staying. Guest access Our kitchen, dining room and living room are available for your use and enjoyment. There's a back deck and in the summer an area with a picnic table and fire ring for outdoor cooking. We love smores! During your stay Patty and Mike are semi-retired. We are usually available at home to help with any of your needs and love to meet new friends. We also respect everyone's need for privacy and only interact if you desire.
