The spacious apartment is spread over two floors (1st & 2nd floor) and can accommodate up to 6 people on 112 m². It also has a look at: 4 cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds (100–180 cm) 2 modern bathrooms A stylish living and dining area A fully equipped kitchen (incl. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, basic tea, coffee and spices) Washer & Dryer. 2 free parking spaces directly at the house TV in each bedroom Child-friendly equipment (high chair, travel cot) Balcony to relax Incl. bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, toilet paper, WiFi & final cleaning Access is conveniently done by means of a key box. Guest access Access to the apartment is very uncomplicated and flexible via a secure key box. This allows you to arrive and depart according to your own schedule – without any personal key handover. You will receive all important information about the key box before your arrival. Other things to note Everything you need – and a little more ​ In the NeckarNest, a temporary home awaits you that leaves nothing to be desired. On two spacious floors you will find plenty of space to feel good: four lovingly furnished bedrooms with comfortable beds invite you to relax, complemented by two modern bathrooms that offer enough space for families, friends or business travelers.​ The open living and dining area is the perfect place to spend time together – cozy, bright and inviting. In the stylish, fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for relaxed cooking: coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, ... as well as a small basic set of spices and teas. ​ For families, a high chair and a travel cot are of course available. Practical for longer stays: your own laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. ​ To help you travel light, we provide high-quality bed linen, fluffy towels and kitchen towels. Toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and other small amenities are of course included. ​ Your stay is rounded off by a balcony to relax and enjoy – for cozy hours in the fresh air.
