Relax in the private spa cube with sauna and hot tub while enjoying the view of the water. The chalet is located in the holiday park on the Ponyhof Niers (pony riding, petting zoo, theme afternoons - partly for a fee) in Twist. The indoor play hall Zappelarena is also located directly within walking distance of the park. (for a fee) The space 🌿 Welcome to the Natursee-Chalet in Twist! Experience a relaxing vacation right by the idyllic natural lake! On the fenced property, you can enjoy absolute privacy – including your own jetty for fishing, sunbathing or just relaxing. Your own pedal boat for up to 4 people is also waiting for you at the jetty – perfect for a little trip on the water. Your dog or cat is also welcome here (for an extra charge). A grill is of course also available. And for your car, there are 2 free parking spaces right outside the door! 🚗 🏡 The chalet (newly built in 2025) for up to 5 people is modernly furnished: Bedroom with double bed (160 × 200 cm) Bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm each) Bathroom with shower, toilet and sink Fully equipped kitchen Cozy living and dining room with TV and corner sofa with sleep function. Lying area 110 x 200 cm with topper. Please note that the room then becomes quite crowded and movement is somewhat restricted. The sofa also has to be unfolded every evening. Careful, respectful treatment of nature and the fish is expected! Fish population: carp, perch, rudd and common roach, bream and crucian carp. One fishing rod per dock is allowed, and fishing is also only allowed at the dock. Not in other places. Swimming guests and pedal boats always have priority over anglers. Night fishing is prohibited. 🐴 Leisure & Surroundings The chalet is located in the vacation park on the Niers pony farm in Twist-Neuringe. Just a few steps away is the Zappelarena indoor play hall – ideal for children in any weather! Guests can book this for €40 / 3 hours daily, subject to availability. Then you will have this area all to yourselves. Small note: Since we are located in a holiday park and the lake is also used by other park guests, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed. Access without prior arrangement is not permitted! Shopping nearby: A combined supermarket and two bakeries are located just about 3 km away – perfect for fresh rolls in the morning or a quick shopping trip. You can reach Aldi and Lidl in about 5 km, ideal for larger shopping trips at low prices. ❤️ A few more notes Pets are welcome for an extra fee. However, leashes are mandatory in the park, and we consider it a matter of course to take any "leftovers" with you. No setting off fireworks in the entire vacation park. The spa cube with sauna and hot tub is located between two properties and can be booked. A 3-hour slot costs €40. Then you will only have it to your own. Small note: Since we are located in a holiday park and the lake is also used by other park guests, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. But are shared by ourselves and another unit. Other things to note This accommodation is intended for relaxation. No loud music or parties are allowed! The spa cube with sauna and hot tub is practically next to the property and can be booked for a 3-hour slot for €40. Then you have this area to yourself. Of course, it is possible to extend 😀 We will be happy to reserve your desired date! Small note: Since we are located in a holiday park and the lake is also used by other park guests, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed. Access without arrangement is not allowed! Early check-in / late check-out If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later – we try to make that possible! 😊 For each additional hour we charge a small service fee of €5. Please coordinate the desired check-in or check-out with us in advance – we will do our best to fulfill your wish! Charging the car is prohibited. There is a charging station about 3 km away at the Marktplatz bus station. Burning fireworks is prohibited.
